My Psycho/Psychiatric Condition - not being treated????

In studying the reason for my DSP claim being rejected, it was stated that my ASD had not been diagnosed, treated and stabilised. OK I get that. We are trying to get hold of the childhood diagnosis through FOI. The adult diagnosis is way too expensive at 1.5K. Had I not been such a fiercely independent little Virgo and sought help earlier while I was still rich, I'd most probably had an adult diagnosis by now. So the very difficult life of a Virgo!!!!!!
But it is the other condition, the "psycho/psychiatric" condition - the PTSD, anxiety, depression, etc that perplexes me. They state that those conditions has also not been diagnosed nor being treated and stabilised!!!
Uhhhhh...... why do you think I have been seeing a psychologist on a regular basis since February???? Just for a chit chat!!!????
The criteria set out is that the condition is....
1. Likely to last more than two years
2. Condition is diagnosed, being treated, and stabilized
3. Condition is assigned impairment point of 20 or more
4. You cannot work for more than 15 hours per week for two years
OK given I have been dealing with these conditions for pretty well all of my life, always been depressed, anxious and with PTSD for pretty well all of my life, it seems pretty reasonable to assume they will last for another two years. Of course my VIRGO downfall is I had never sought treatment for these conditions until start of this year. The very difficult life of a fiercely independent little Virgo.
2. Well why do you think I am seeing a psychologist???? Just for a social chit chat???????
3. OK not exactly aware of just how the 20 points are calculated, will need more info on that.
4. Well despite being knocked back for DSP, Centrelink have judged that my work ability is less than 8 hours per week, hence WHY I have the six months exemption from having to work. Just that I am on the much lower JobSearch Allowance than the DSP!!!!!
Well I will need to get more information on this points system. Also apparently you can get a copy of the medical report used to come to the decision. So will have to do that before asking for a "please explain". Nevertheless the claim that I am not being treated for these conditions seems at variance with the fact that I am regularly seeing a psychologist to be treated for these conditions.
