Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) Sessions

This morning I was gifted a KAP session, the Kundalini Activation Process session that I used to attend when I was rich. I used to go twice per month but nowadays, well this was my first session in four months.

One of the first casualties of 2024 the year of povery were my spiritual sessions. I used to attend up to three sessions per week with the ecstatic dancing and other dance modalities, two KAP sessions per month, and various other sessions of activations, sound healing, and meditative practices.

I stopped going out to these sessions totally for three months while I waited for the first instance of assessment of my DSP claim, meant to have taken place in May. And it was murdering my mental health, my already instense depression grew even more intense, was suicidal, and it was Hell on Earth....... well planet Earth IS Hell but that is besides the point.

When my DSP claim was delayed with the next promise being July, I thought, I NEED to go to at least one of the modalities. So it was my first love - Biodanza. More than just a dance session, it is a practice. There is a reason why Biodanza was first invented at a mental asylum ward in South America!!!! It is very therapeutic. I said it should be on NDIS, but given my NDIS aspiration is now dead, well kinda irrelavent. So I scraped together $100 for 5 sessions which works out cheaper for each session, and was back at Biodanza.

A few weeks further on....... the rent assistance issues was finally sorted out, so a little bit more money....... and I had always wanted to try the new Friday Night ecstatic dance sessions. So at $25 per pop I told myself I go to one session per fortnite. But I LOVED this session so much that I just NEEDED to attend the next session, and so since then have been attending every session thus far.

However I was so missing my KAP sessions. I was having massive withdrawal symptoms. Despite the dance session, no KAP sessions was doing my mental health a lot of harm. Something else that I lost due to the curse of the Saturn Complex.

So when I was offered a gift of a KAP session due to someone else pulling out, I almost didn't accept, like, what's the point? Going only once in a blue moon just won't work for me. Nevertheless I did accept the offer.

My reason for not being able to attend KAP sessions is the fees, being 2 to 3 times a dance session, and I am attending only 2 dance sessions per week at this stage.

So I was doing some maths. This is just money is, a matter of maths, and just like money, maths is merciless. Like 1+1 will ALWAYS be 2, it will never be 3 or 4, nor even 2.5 or even 2.1. The answer will ALWAYS be 2. You can't "stretch it" to make it 2.5 or 3, it will always be 2. And so that is how money works. You get a certain amount assigned to you, then the rent, that cursed loan, petrol, groceries, internet, transport fares, and monthly expenses subtracted from it, leaving my dance budget. After my dance budget there is very little left over. Not enough for even one KAP session.

However....... one KAP session is $60. Friday night Ecstatic Dance session is $25, I attend each week, so $50 per fortnite - almost a KAP session. Biodanza on the $100 ticket is $20 per session, so $40 per fortnite, and three Biodanza session makes one KAP session.

So to attend one KAP session per fortnite, my previous frequency of attendance, I'd have to give up the Friday Night Ecstatic Dance session and drag $10 from my grocery budget, or go to Aldi instead of Coles, but Aldi doesn't have all of the items that I need!!!! Not even equivalent items!!! Either way NOT AN OPTION.

But what if I attend one KAP session per month? Well that will mean missing one Friday Night Ecstatic Dance session every other week. So attend only once per fortnite. That is more acceptable.

At this point in time I think I am on my 6th Friday Night session, they have a different DJ each week which is rotated around. This Friday is another new DJ I hadn't experienced, but I think they're near to the end of one rotation.

As soon as the rotation is completed, I will then decide which two sessions per month I miss based on the DJ's. They are all epic, so will choose different DJs each month.

But missing two Friday Night Ecstatic Dance session per month will mean I can attend one KAP session per month........ a far more acceptable compromise in these Saturn Complex circumstances.
